Bavaria Is this a Bavarian Military Society medal?

Greetings all.

I just bought this medal and suspect it is Bavarian, based on the ribbon.

The front has a large letter 'L'. On the reverse it states 'Enfants de Troupe' and the year '1895'.

Can you please identify this for me?

The ribbon is Bavarian, but doesn't fit to the award, which is, if I remember correctely, from Belgium.
