It should be quite easy to track down the 17th's (Regiment Braunschweig) history.... Jock Auld Posted September 2, 2013 Author Share Posted September 2, 2013 John,Thanks for the link, I do really like 'lexicon', it is great for tying down the detail.17 Regt is local to me, sadly there is no name with the album so what you see is what you get so to speak, there are lots of pics but the later part of the album is the sort of pics one would buy at the 'kanteen' perhaps and as such no so interesting.I always thought those guys wore the skull and cross bones though?Jock:) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
