This one got my attention because of the beer! A nice shot of an EK1 winner as well. Difficult to determine regiments except for the fellow getting his glass topped off by the nurse... Note the RK band on her hat, the HS badge - which I believe is related to the Vaterlandischer Frauen-Verein (I've seen a similar badge for sale and that was the seller's description), and the Prussian Red Cross Medal ribbon.
