IrishGunner Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 (edited) The thread with photos of KuK soldiers wearing decorations has been very successful... Unfortunately, many of the medals in the photos are buried in anonymous topics within this forum. So, while this is a relatively common medal, I thought I'd post it because it shows up in the photo thread... This is on the "military ribbon"... there is also a "civil ribbon," which is all red - Jubliäumskreuz für Zivilstaatsbedienstete. There was even a gold plated version of the medal on the ribbon for the Leopold Order, awarded to members of the Imperial Court - Juliläums-Hofkreuz. Edited January 2, 2014 by IrishGunner
chechaco1 Posted December 11, 2022 Posted December 11, 2022 it can be added that according to the imperial decree of 31.12.1914, the jubilee cross on the military ribbon was awarded to reservist officers who took part in the battles of the First World War, who had the military ranks of reserve officers as of 02.12.1908.
