The sash ends in a bow, which hangs on a 41 mm diameter and 9.5 mm wide with a cross arm. (2) Cross surrounded by a white enamel frame 2 mm wide, 1.5 mm wide, with a gilt edge. Cross the four corners of the nine gold-pronged beams. 24.5 mm in diameter on the front of the Cross is a stylized octagon framed by the colors of the Estonian flag with a red enamel background in the middle of a gold letter "E". Cross on the back of a golden border and red enamel circle with a diameter of 22 mm, with the inscription "INTER ARMA CARITAS", in the middle of the circle and the year "1919". Cross the upper arm ends 19 mm long. The lighthouse is covered with white enamel, standing in an ornate gilt on the basis of the way to the top of the branches off on either side of the beam gold (see Note 6). (3) The silver star is 86 mm in diameter, eight-pointed star shining three branches end in the rays, which are located on the center outwards, round bumps rising. Each pair of beams is six matt silver pyramid rising from the center outwards bosses in a row that end in little round ball. The star is positioned 41 mm long and 9.5 mm wide arms with a red enamelled cross, which is surrounded by a 1.5 mm wide gilt frame with a 2 mm wide stripe of white enamel. On the cross, the colors of the flag of Estonia is 24.5 mm in diameter, a stylized blue octagon, three lions passant otsavaatavat golden background. (4) of the Estonian Red Cross I Class rosette decoration is a black and white stripe light blue rosette on a golden base (Note 7). § 56 of the Estonian Red Cross Order of Merit of the class II (1) of the Estonian Red Cross Order of Merit Class II consists of the same sex mullets and equal branches of enamel junction as Class I Merit mark (see Note 6). (2) of the Estonian Red Cross II class decoration ribbon is 40 mm wide moiré in the middle of a 21 mm wide blue stripe. On both sides of the stripe is 2 mm wide black stripe, the white stripe 2.5 mm wide, 1 mm wide, 4 mm wide black stripe and a blue stripe at the edge. (3) of the Estonian Red Cross, Class II, rosette decoration is a black and white stripe light blue rosette on the basis of which the left-hand side and the right side is a silver gold (Note 7). § 57 of the Estonian Red Cross Order of Merit Class III (1) of the Estonian Red Cross Order of Merit of III class is the same as a Class II Order of Merit, but there is no letter (Appendix 6). (2) of the Estonian Red Cross, Class III rosette decoration is a black and white stripe light blue rosette on a silver basis (Note 7). § 58 of the Estonian Red Cross, Fourth Class (1) of the Estonian Red Cross, IV Class Order of the Cross is the same as a Class II Order of the Cross but has a diameter of 38 mm (see Note 6). (2) of the Estonian Red Cross class IV decoration ribbon is 36 mm wide moiré in the middle of a 19 mm wide blue stripe. On both sides of the stripe is 2 mm wide black stripe, the white stripe 2.5 mm wide, 0.5 mm wide by 3.5 mm wide black stripe and a blue stripe at the edge. Decoration ribbon is 22 mm in diameter rosette. (3) of the Estonian Red Cross, IV Class Order of the rosette is a black and white stripe light blue rosette (Note 7). § 59 of the Estonian Red Cross, V Class Order (1) V Class Order of the Estonian Red Cross sign is the same as the Fourth Class, but the tape has no rosette (see Note 6). (2) of the Estonian Red Cross, Class V rosette decoration is a decoration tape 3 mm wide strips (Note 7). § 60 of the Estonian Red Cross Medal of Merit badge class (1) Class Order of the Estonian Red Cross, the medal is a sign of a circular 29 mm diameter silver medal. The front side of the medal is of equal length to 13.5 mm, 3 mm in width with arms raised enamel red cross image. The medal is embossed on the back of a letter "Estonian Red Cross" (Appendix 6). (2) of the Estonian Red Cross medal ribbon decoration class is the same as the V class decorations. (3) of the Estonian Red Cross medal class decoration rosette badge is a Class V rosette. 7 Divisioninsignia of the miniaturization § 61 miniatures Decoration Description (1) The Decoration of miniaturization has his V Class Order of the exact reduced copy of which character has a diameter of 17 mm and 15 mm tape width. (2) The Office of the President may be registered in the Estonian foreign national to honor or decoration without the person's application if the grant is known to the Office of the President. 5 ChapterMiniature of decoration AND FURTHER rosette § 65 miniatures and decoration obtain additional rosette badge (1) decoration holder has the right to request an addition to the office of the President of the Republic of Merit decoration brand miniatures and an additional rosette. (2) The application shall be submitted to the Office of President of the Republic. Before submission of the state, a state fee in the amount provided by law. (2) The same act, if committed by a legal person - punishable by a fine of up to 30,000 euros. § 67 of the State decoration for the purchase, sale, exchange or other transfer fee (1) The state of decoration for the purchase, sale, exchange or other transfer for a charge - punishable by a fine not exceeding 300 penalty units. (2) The same act, if committed by a legal person - punishable by a fine of up to 30,000 euros. § 68 of the State decoration for non-respect (1) The state of decoration shredding, desecration, defamation, or otherwise unworthy use - punishable by a fine not exceeding 300 penalty units. (2) The same act, if committed by a legal person - punishable by a fine of up to 30,000 euros. § 69 Actions confusingly similar to the National Order of Merit of the object (1) National Merit mark confusingly similar to the manufacture of the item, listing or other use - punishable by a fine not exceeding 300 penalty units. (2) The same act, if committed by a legal person - punishable by a fine of up to 30,000 euros. § 70 Procedure (1) The provisions of § § 66-69 provides the Penal Code and provisions of the Code, a misdemeanor proceeding. (2) The provisions of § § 66-69 provides misdemeanors are prefectures. 7 ChapterPROVISIONS § 71 Coat collar class Order granting retroactive Coat Collar of the Order of the characters are President Lennart Georg Meri, President and Knight Arnold. § 72 the transfer of their Government Office will provide decorations related to the granting of the administration of the Office of the President of the Republic within a month after the entry into force of this Act. The applications will be considered bestowal of proposals. § 73 State Fees Act State Fees Act (RT I 2006, 58, 439, 2007, 45, 320) is amended by adding 14 1 . Chapters as follows: "14 1 . Chapter OPERATIONS Office of the President 1 SectionDecorations operations carried out under the Act 282 § 1 . decoration miniatures, and an additional rosette badge National Decoration miniatures, and an additional rosette badge issuance of a state fee of: 1) the miniaturization - 600 euros; 2) rosette - 200 euros. " § 74 Decorations Act Decorations Act (RT I 1997, 1, 4, 2002, 63, 387) is amended by adding § 11 paragraph 5 of 1 as follows: "(5 1 ) Information on the decoration of the grant application is recognized as information intended for internal use for five years from the date of receipt of the request. " § 75 Decorations Act Repeal Decorations Act (RT I 1997, 1, 4, 2002, 63, 387) is repealed. § 76 Entry into force of Act (1) This Act enters into force, 2008. 1 year March. (2) The provisions of § § 4, paragraph 2, and 71 January 2008. 23 years February. (3) The provisions of § 74 shall take effect on the general procedure.
