Canada Americans in the RCAF in WWII - Research help

I have started to research the men for New Jersey, USA who died while serving with the RCAF in WWII. I would like to ask you assistance.

Does anyone have the book "They Shall Not Grew Old"? It is about the 18,000 men who died in the RCAF in WWII. If so please PM me.

During the war the USAAF tracked aircrews that were missing or shot down with a report title "Missing Aircrew Report" or MACR. Did the RCAF have a similiar report? If so how could I access it?
