Unidentified Unknown Japanese badge and medal, help? Please

Hello everyone, I just pick these items up in Japan and I was wondering if anyone would happen to know what are for and what do they say?

P. S. I am guessing that they from the 1930s to WW2? Please correct me if I am wrong.
