Unidentified What country cap badges are these (Belgium or Netherlands)?

Hi all,

I picked up these two badges among with some British stuff and I am struggling to ID them. Can someone please advise from which country these are from. I am pretty sure these must be from Belgium or Netherlands. Also what branch they are representing and aprox timeframe when they were (are) in use. Also, they are not my interest so if someone can advise me as well regards fair value for fellow forum members then that would be great!

I'm fairly sure the one on the right is Belgian, as it matches my memory of a badge I got (new) in Brussels in the '60's.

both are Belgian, left = R.A.S.C. and right = R.E.M.E.
