Reg P Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 These look a lot like Feldpost NCO boards, but could they be Lagermeister? They are still tied with string. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks, Reg
Laurence Strong Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 Hi Reg Welcome to GMIC Sorry to disappoint you, however they are not Feldpost boards. Please see the insignia below. The colors used on your example reminds me of the colors used for the Justice department as also show by a pair of boards below. I am sure some one will come along and ID them for you. Sincerely Larry
Laurence Strong Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 (edited) K, found something...they are for Strafanstaltsbeamten & Justizwachtmeister. I don't know what era though. Here is a link and the picture posted by me comes from the link:http://www.wehrmacht-awards.com/forums/showthread.php?t=258532 Larry Edited June 24, 2014 by Laurence Strong
