I have a portrait from a württembergian officer, and I think

he is traceable with the right sources.

Every help appreciated.

On his medalbar he is wearing:

Erinnerungsmedaille zum Regierungsjubiläum König Karl 1889

Roter Adlerorden 4. Klasse

Sachsen Zivilverdienst- or St. Heinrichsmedaille ?
