Made from cast iron.

For what?

For "for drunkenness" naturally

Intoduced by Peter the Great in 1714.

Instead of ribbon we have ... collar.

Only few survived till our days (in fact very few were issued ... probably bacause we have pretty vague difinition of "drunkenness" )

Anyway, somewhere around 1895 they decided that enough is enough and establish a special public organization for helping and rehabilitaing all kinda sots (including phalerists)

And where society there should be (NB!) special badge.
