Hello Chris.

This regiment was brigaded with I.R. 91 (Oldenburg) in Inf.Brig. 37 when a inf.div. still comprised two brigades each with two regiments. Later consolidated into one brigade with three regiments. , I.R.74 added.. So this may well be the Oldenburg connection you are seeking.
