Printed by Mittler and Son, the Prussian military subjects printer, in the late 1890's. reading the index rang quite a few bells. I believe Sunday services were obligatory. Bernhard H. I have the same one with the owner's name Etikette glued inside the front cover and his unit stamp (E.R.2.) for Eisenbahn Regiment 2, on the title page.
