EK 1939 EK2 identification help

Can anybody please suggest a maker for this Iron Cross?

It's incredibly crisp with sharp features and is of the highest quality.The core is magnetic and it the paint is flat

The pic doesn't show this,but it's about as good as I can do within the forum limitations for the moment.

I've had it for a while and often wondered who made it.

Any help is appreciated.
