Order of Naval Merit (White)

Information request. Any members advise if there is an archive/department I can contact to confirm the award of an Order Of Naval Merit circa 1965 or 1966? Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

Have now confirmed award from the BOLETIN OFICIAL DEL ESTADO GACETA DE MADRID 21st January 1966.

Now need to find an Order of Naval Merit can any members help?

I think that is better and cheaper to find spanish awards through the spanish collectors page www.todocoleccion.net. 

Is the naval merit white or red? I understand that white no war in 1965/1966

Is it first class (medall) or second class (breath star)?

Lambert/Padelman - Thank you for responding & information provided it is much appreciated. It is a Grand Cross Order of Naval Merit Set - White conferred 20^th January 1966.

I have a Diploma granted to an officer of the Navy of Brazil, also awarded the Navy Cross of Merit 1st Class - White. 1950.

unfortunately however it was incorrect period. I am looking for FRANCO Era 1966?

Hi; 

This one is a Franco era Naval merit order but is a kind of mixing. 

The breast star is a second class Franco Era (around 1960 to 1975). The sach belongs to a forth class (same period) and all together in a nice Franco era Box.  

Why do you think that this is not a Franco era merit ???
