I don't think that Hof medal is for this case. Hof medal is oval shape, this case is for round medal / coin.

Oh it looked, like it was oval from the angle. If its for a medal on a ribbon, it could be this one:

If its for a coin, then i have no idea honestly.

I think it's for a jubilee coin not medal.
