Nice to see a medal and document that actually were issued together.  While the medals are common the documents don't come up for sale nearly as often.  Thanks for showing them.

i now that many throw the dokuments away or keep them stored. Im Born in East Germany and after the reuniting those awards and doks dont have any value to the owners.

Even my grandparents throw those things away. i saved those badges out of the trash can.

 

My grandpa was a high decoratet Feldwebel and fight from 1940 till 1945 an was POW in Russia till 1950 . So i can say he doesnt like the system after the Reich.

 

I also have i cast iron award which was given to him from the VEB Harzer Werke - its a real unique pice. Never saw a second one.- if you want i can show it here in the forum.
