Single medal bar - what do i have here? Kriegerverein?

Hello all. 

 

Got today this Single medal mount - no medal so far. Its a plain patriotic black white red ribbon. 

I go for some kind of Kriegerverein medal was under it. 

What do you think? I payed 3€ for it. Since i never saw such a Single mount style before i got it. 

Just had my phone to make some photos.

Could it be for the commemorative cross for the Schleswig-Holstein army for the 1848 Danish-Prussian war?

It could be for any of a number of commemorative medals. The national colors make it somewhat generic.

yes....any kind of patriotic medal or Kriegerverein could have originally been there....you will never know which one , but if you have one put it there and you have a nice little bar

Thank you all very much. This is why i buyed it. Its a neat Little piece and for 3€ i cant go wrong.
