I need you opinions on this cap talley.

Is it good or bad?

If its a good one, do you know the value for this?

The cap talley is 86cm long and 3,2cm wide.

Completely original. Dealer value all over the place on these--I would say around 100 euros max due to length although it is in good condition. On ebay, you might get a lot less since you can't show the insignia so it would take a handlesmarine collector to spot it.

You do not need to post more pictures, it is a good one.

The Norddeutscher Lloyd steamer "Der Deutsche" of 11,455 BRT, was launched in 1924. It survived the war and was surrendered as war reparations to the Soviet Union 16 March 1946, renamed "Asia."

Nice. The "D" before the name "Der Deutche" stands for "Dampfer" or Steamer.
