Richard Sysum Posted March 24, 2006 Share Posted March 24, 2006 Hello Everyone I am trying to find out as much as I can about two DKiG winners,they were both heers winners and both captains1.Hptm Wolfgang Hasche DKiG on 01.12.1943 he was with the 6./GR163 (52nd I.D.) by this time I think the 52nd I.D. had became a kampfgruppe2.Hptm Heinrich Muller DKiG on 21.04.1943 he was a battalion commander in the 1./GR.61 (7th ID).Any info would be greatly recieved..Best Regards Richard.. Guest Rick Research Posted March 24, 2006 Share Posted March 24, 2006 Hasche was NOT a regular officer, no one of that name in the January 1939 German army list.M?llers-- Good luck!There were TWO in then-Infantry Regiment 61 before the war:Oberleutnant1.10.38 #362 in 1st Company andLeutnant 1.12.37 #16 in 4(MG) Company.
