Thüringen Wappen

Hi Guys,

I was hoping to get some thoughts on this Thüringen Wappen plate.

Firstly is it a good one?

When comparing with other pics I have found the starburst seems a little smaller, but is this just down to maker?

The eagle is for officer but the the starburst is for NCO?

To me the stamping appears good on both sides as far as detail.

Looks like the Royal Crest of a Sachsen Guards Regiment, not Thüringen
