Chinese General Officer ribbon bar

A Chinese Officer ( Admiral?)  is mentioned in my local paper free at the local fish shop. Can anyone tell us what his ribbon bar signifies?

It's an admiral, probably Wu Shengli, 7th commander of PLA Navy (2006-2017).

Most of the ribbon are long-service medal as belows (per years of service)

 

the yellow ribbon probably the level of the power (as same as vice chairman of other similar rank):

its not medal ribbon bar,China has no national system of honor，the medals in China awarded very chaos，every military region、
Ministry、、、can awarded a medal and usually very ugly

in fact its qualification badges ( 级别资历章) are a series of decorations of People's Liberation Army Type 07 in the form of small ribbons mounted on small metal bars indicating military rank, billet, or length of service. Only PLA officers can wear qualification badges, PLA soldiers wear National Defense Service Medal instead
