Can anyone please help identify this Soviet Submarine Badge.  I think it may be an anniversary or an educational badge from the Soviet Submarine School.

Glad to help! I think, it is a membership badge. I am trying to find it online, but fail so far to locate exactly this type. Could you post the reverse, please?
