Another Romanian armoured car - WW1 or WW2?

I found another interesting image, but this time I don't know from which war it may be. It is surely an armoured car used by the Romanian divisions. Can I get some help?

Morar Andrei : The car of the left is a Austin Putilov . the car of the right looks like a Peugeot armored hull on a Renault chassis.the disc type wheels suggests post WW1 date

Looks like I kind the photo refference. The photo is from 1927, so you were right about the Inter-war variant. I will upload some photos too, a bit later.
