Dave Danner Posted October 29, 2021 Posted October 29, 2021 (edited) I have no idea why sources like Lexikon der Werhmacht have him as Theißen, but as can be seen by the signatures and as is confirmed by the rank lists, his name was Theisen with one "s". I changed the thread title but I can't change the thread URL. There were two Heer Oberstleutnants named Theißen. EDIT: And I just discovered that my change to the thread title did in fact change the URL, so now I may have have managed to break any links to this page, unless the thread number allows for redirects.
