Irish Peacekeepers Medal Question

Hello all,

I'm currently trying to find out if the Irish Defence Forces, when awarding the United Nations Peacekeeping Medal (An Bonn Chosantóirí Siochána na Náisiún Aontaithe) ever issued it with a certificate/diploma/document. 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

It was issued without any documentation to serving and time served members of the Irish military who have completed at least one UN Mission and received a UN Mission Medal.

Ex-member of the Irish Defence Force with service with UNIFIL.
