Assault badge question

Hi!

I'm wondering what kind of assault badge award(general assault badge, infantry assault badge in silver/bronze) would  the personnel of following unit types be eligible for :

motorcycle company of an armored division

antitank battalion of an armored division with towed guns(PAK40)

non-SPW grenadier battalion of an armored division(transported with trucks, fighting as foot infantry)

Seeing that the bronze version of the IAB was introduced on the 1st June 1940 for all motorized/mechanized units...I would think that the three units you mention would fall into the category for bronze.
