Help needed to identify gold ww2 German medal/badge

Hi Guys,

Ive owned this for a number of years but have never known what it is. I am now selling all my German medals, badges, Armband, pins etc (if anybody is interested please message me) but I can’t sell this if I don’t know what it is!

 

Help would be VERY much appreciated.

 

(I know the left badge is the black wound badge, need help on the right badge)
