The top medal is a sports medals for the Directorate of Youth and Sports Eastern District - possibly Egypt or Syria or Iraq.

The middle medal is the 15th Anniversary of the UAE.

The lower badge a is a 20th anniversary commemorative state security badge from South Yemen.
