Help to identify a miniature

Many years ago I got this miniature from a German ribbon bar, today I am unable to identify which medal it corresponds to.

Height: 13 mm.

Hi,

it is showing, that this guy got the Verdienstkreuz des Zähringer Löwen

am Bande des Militär Karl Friedrich Verdienstordens.
