bigjarofwasps Posted July 23, 2020 Posted July 23, 2020 Would be interested to hear opinions as to how, what I believe to be a Confederate army snake belt buckle, came to be found the concrete foundations of a property built in 1901 in Queensland Australia? It’s been cleaned up and is in remarkably good condition. I believe these buckles were manufactured in England for the Confederate army but also used on Union troops. Did Australia also use them?
