Dating Japanese Red Cross Medal

Hi all, 

 

I have a Japanese Red Cross medal and I was hoping for some help in working out it's age / when it may have been issued? Unfortunately no box just the medal and ribbon. I've been searching on the internet to try and find a way of finding out how old it is and /  or when it was issued to no avail. 

Having some trouble working out how to insert some pictures (technology is not my friend!), however, if anyone has any links or information I could use in the mean time I would be very grateful!
