Major Lange - IR114

Hello, 

I am trying to identify the signature of this documen, which belonged to a Major Lange, serving with IR114 in May 1917.

It could be the following guy, although there is no info about him serving in IR114:

Major Lange 

1914: Hauptmann in IR113  KO4, HEK3

1918: Major a.D. IR113

This was the closest match I could find. Was there any other Major Lange in IR114?
