Had I known it was available I would have bid generously....I have been researching Durbin for a few years and sadly his collection was scattered.

What a shame!  I suppose Durbin was in Nigeria in a training role?  Perhaps associated with the setting up of the Staff College in Kaduna?

I'm not sure the Nigeria note is accurate.  He was in Kenya and Swaziland in the early 1960s with the Gordons...I assumed the auction notes weren't done very meticulously.
