During the period of service in the Counter-Intelligence Section "SMERSH" of the 9th Guards Rifle Division, Comrade Dobrovolsky showed himself only in a positive manner, disciplined and attentive. While working as Senior Invetigator, Comrade Dobrovolsky, despite the difficulties of his work, regardless of the time did a great job of exposing persons held criminally liable for anti-Soviet activities according to the norms of the Criminal Code and Criminal Procedure Code of the RSFSR.
