I found this portret on a flee market and wanted to find out more about who this is. Can anyone help me or tell me where i can find more information about him? I researched the name but can’t find anything. Thank you in advance!

The second photo close-up appears to be the Imp. Russian Service in the Caucasus cross, 1864.  Or at least, the photographer painted that on. 

 

Could you also provide a close-up on the medals area especially the throat award.  I can't see it very well, but it kind of looks like a 19th century Order of the Lion and the Sun.

Thank you for helping, the commander cross is indeed an order of the lion and the sun. in attachement you can find the medals, unfortunately these aren't very clear. anyways, thank you for helping!
