Romanian Peles Castle medal 1883 - 1933 50 years anniversary

Any Romanian interwar period collectors available to cast their eye over this medal and certificate? Came in a large container of Soviet medals and I have no idea if its genuine or not? Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

They are all genuine 100%. Even the ribbon is genuine (pretty hard to find separate).
