    The abbreviations changed over time, and according to which version of a Rank List they were used in. We normally use the Prussian Army versions because those were the most common.

    PK4 = Prussian Crown Order 4th Class

    PH3 = ????

    PE1 = ????

    BM4x = Bavarian Military Merit Order 4 with Swords (normally "BMV4X")

    SA3ax = Saxon Albert Order-Knight 1st Class with Swords

    WM3 = W?rttemberg Military Merit Order-Knight

    WK3x = W?rttemberg Crown Order-Knight (X = Swords)

    WF3b = W?rttemberg Friedrich Order-Knight 2nd (Knight 1st was "a" instead of "b")

    BZ3ax = Baden Z?hringen Lion Order-Knight 1st X

    BrK2 = Brunswick Ernst August Cross 2nd Class

    OK1 = Oldenburg Friedrich August Cross 1st Class

    LK = Lippe-Detmold War Merit Cross

    OM3K = "?M3K" = Austro-Hungarian Military Merit Cross 3rd Class with War Decoration (wreath)

    Thx a lot guys,

    very very apreciated.

    About the PH3 and PE1 abbreviations, was condecorations received in the WW2 by the German Generals of Infantry Hans Freiherr Seutten von L?tzen and Kurt Liese.

    Can this help in the identification or someone has the relation of decorations of these officials?

    Is there a complete relation of abbreviations? my particular interest is on the countries wrapped in the WW2.

    Thx in advance again,

    Regards

    Alexandre
