Iron Cross 1813/1814

Hi all,

 

I am looking for the original source for the Iron Crosses’ charter in 1813 as well as again in 1914. 

 

I have some of the text here:

But was wondering where this came from and whether there was a corresponding document for the Iron Cross 1914?
