There're two officers in this photo, one of them is Lt.z.S. Rolf Starke, as signed in the back. Does anyone know which one is Starke? and what is his curriculum?

Hi Alex, that was the first thing I did, the only one named Starke in the personal list is Rudolf Starke, I wasn't sure it's the same guy.

Now the remaining question is which one in the photo is Starke. My wild guess is the man on the left since he is wearing both 1st and 2nd class of EK which is according to the database. The man next to him seems wearing a land-flieger badge which is different from Starke's badge.

if the guy on the right side wear a land pilot badge, than Stark is the one on the left.
