bigjarofwasps Posted March 25, 2023 Posted March 25, 2023 Thought this might be of interest? https://www.army.mod.uk/news-and-events/news/2023/03/honours-list-on-the-demise-of-her-majesty-queen-elizabeth-ii/
Megan Posted March 25, 2023 Posted March 25, 2023 (edited) There were some other awards (all in the Royal Victorian Order, which as you probably know, is in the gift of the Monarch rather than going through the political Honours system): The Queen's Dresser, Angela Kelly, becomes a Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, as does her page Paul Whybrew and her groom Terence Pendry. Aircrew involved in the flight of Her Majesty's corpse from Scotland to London were also included, and a couple of Ladies in Waiting were made Dame Commanders of the Royal Victorian Order as well. The full list is here: https://www.thegazette.co.uk/London/issue/64008/supplement/D1 Edited March 25, 2023 by Megan

Will be interesting to see whether the RVM’s bear the late Queen’s effigy and cypher, or the King’s.
