Soviet Artillery school badges

Hello,

 

here are two soviet artillery school badges from the 50´s.

САУ and ГУЗА.

 

The ГУЗА looks a little bit strange to me. Thick gold plating and the tip of the screw (reverse) has a strange ending (indentation/hole/notch).  

 

What do you think about the ГУЗА badge ?

I'm no expert on these early school badges.  But just from the (nice) images I like the first one a lot more than the second. 

 

After having looked at Avers8 (pg479-481) I can see minor variations, from either batch or mint, that make me feel more confident about badge #2.

got the Conformation two days ago. The ГУЗА. badge is defenitly a copy. Sold for around 20 to 25 Euro in Ukraine.
