Zeitfreiwillingen Hannover?

Hello All, 

 

Am hoping someone might be able to confirm this as Zeitfreiwillingen Hannover, although other possibilities have been suggested over the years.  Anything concrete would be great!

Defintely not Freikorps of any kind. Below is a photo of a member of Zeitfreiwillingen Regt. Hannover (on the right) wearing the collar badges of this unit.

 

I don't believe that a definitive ID of this badge has ever been made, other than it's from Hannover and dates from the 1920s.
