The "Statutory Instrument No 347 of 1965, Proclamation No 6 of 1965, Honours and Awards of the Republic of Zambia" comprises Sections numbered 1 - 16 inclusive. Sometime before Statutory Instrument No54 of 1997, which amended (and made additions) to the original 1965 Instrument, it would seen that a 17th Section was added. Does somebody have details of this 1965-1997 addition? Also, there are many Army/Navy/Air Force awards - I'm seeking details of these Warrants/ Regulations. Any pointers?
