A Medal Mystery !

Does anyone recognises the PURPLE SASH and its badge that General Zia is wearing? The other sash is for a Saudi Order of King AbdulAziz 1st Class (1980's version) and the Badge below the medals is the Order of the Star of Jordan (In some photos, he's seen wearing its Sash as well and Order of Independence (Jordan) Badge is not visible here).
This is the only photo I could find where this PURPLE SASH's Badge is visible. Other photos on GettyImages, Shutterstock and Alamy, you can only see the Sash (Photo 2)

I couldn't find anything regarding when was Gen Zia awarded this but according to this, https://www.indiatoday.in/magazine/international/story/19820228-general-zia-ul-haq-diplomatic-blitz-771556-2013-10-18 , he visited Yugoslavia in 1982. I guess they might've have given it to him then. Plus, he was also present at Tito's funeral in 1980.

According to wikipedia, he (General Zia ul Haq) is the first one to receive the award "Hilal-i-Imtiaz" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hilal-i-Imtiaz) . I wonder does anyone have a picture of him wearing that award? I am interested in that because I believe the Hilal-i-Imtiaz at that time (1976) was the older design (first issue).
