Help Identifying Order of Glory recipent

Hello, i would like to ask your help on identifying the recipent of a Order of Glory 3rd class i own. Also any details on why he was awarded with this are very appreciated.

The serial number is 77737.

Probably awarded in the middle of 1944.  Researching Soviet awards by serial number is possible these days and it is not terribly expensive.

The order would have been issued to the 3rd Belorussian front as part of a block of 2929 OG III issued by Major Yudin. M.P on 06.07.1944
