I know, I had two years service at the time, so I didn't qualify. Even though I had six aggregate at the time. I had to wait until the prison service had fought it and it was retroactive for me and them. Its poor use of PS there rather than prison service that's caused the confusion. My initial post on this forum was in reference to someone who had contacted me about the new medal and its criteria.
