Juni 1928 in Stettin Highest rank reached: Generalmajor 20.05.1914 Oberstleutnant 22.03.1917 Oberst Wegner lists the following commands: 25.12.1914-12.12.1916 Kommandeur des Feldartillerie-Regiments Nr. 52 22.02.1917-10.01.1919 Artillerie-Kommandeur 143 10.01.1919-30.06.1919 Kommandeur des Feldartillerie-Regiments Nr. 37 As the document shows, at some point in 1918 he was Artillerie-Kommandeur 218, but Wegner only lists Christian v.
