Looking for Rhodesia and Zimbabwe Medals

I'm on the hunt for a complete set of miniature Rhodesia and Zimbabwe honors and awards. If anyone knows of a reputable seller or has any leads, I would be super grateful for the help!

I'm also open to hearing from anyone who might have a set they're willing to part with.

I'm from South Africa and saw some Rhodesian miniatures on Bobshop.

I have a complete set of full size and miniature medals in my collection, but unfortunately not for sale.

 

I saw a miniature set on Bobshop last year and they came up quite often.

Look under my post at Rhodesian Honours and awards, then you will see pictures of all their awards.

 

I will definitely lookout for a complete set and let you know.

 

They don't come up for sale that often, but who knows.

As far as I now this is collector sets, not originals.

Hiya,

 

A complete original set may not be possible as some (rare awards) may never have been issued and the only way to get a complete set is a collectors set.

But I wish you well for your hunt of the originals (they will cost you a nice amount of money, I'm afraid to say).

Hi All,

 

All the medals use in the full size collector sets, are original awards that came from the Livingstone Mint.

 

When the Rhodesia became Zimbabwe, they took all available medals en use them for the display sets.

 

The original certificate from the Livingstone Mint stipulates that. The miniatures are all reproductions
