Thanks for the comment, is the first I found to buy at an affordable price, so I prefer to get it although it has that defect.

Nice, nice piece. The chip doesn't take much away. Just part of the items history. Several of my enamel pieces have suffered some loss of enamel. A number have stress cracks. "Same with me though".

Well is not bad for pieces with nearly 100 years of history, IMO is normal to show some time scars, even the minty period pieces I have show some wear

 

My pleasure, please don't doubt to ask to show any piece of my collection, I will be glad to do it.
